There are a number of important rules in how property transactions are carried out in Spain. During negotiations, we pay special attention to the rights and obligations of owners of various types of properties, the necessary documentation, taxes and mortgage aspects.
We request a NIE (Foreigners’ Identity Number in Spain) if the client is not a Spanish national, as well as helping them to open a bank account in Spain.
We carefully check the deeds of a property for sale for the possibility of various types of covenants and debts that might exist, providing all of the updated and pertinent information about it from official sources, which are necessary for the legal conclusion of a transaction.
We prepare a preliminary contract of sale and guide through the entire transaction process, including the final signing of the deed of sale at the notary office.
In addition, we provide a variety of property management services, including the payment of various types of utility bills, local taxes or the renting out of a property.
